Welcome to Whatever Time Finds (“WTF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, courses, and digital materials, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

1) Educational Purpose Only

All programs and content are for educational and professional development. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or business-opportunity services. Examples are for training. Outcomes vary by effort and implementation.

2) Payments, No-Refunds, and Chargebacks

Payments are processed by Stripe or approved providers. You agree to provide accurate billing details. Because access to proprietary materials is immediate, all sales are final.

Limited exception: if we fail to deliver the purchased content, or a verified system malfunction on our side prevents access and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, we will issue a refund.

Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension. We provide purchase logs and access records to the payment processor during disputes.

3) Accounts and Acceptable Use

• Do not share your login or redistribute course materials.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, automated downloading, or reselling.
• No unlawful activity, harassment, or security testing against our systems.

4) License and Intellectual Property

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the materials for your personal or internal business learning. All content remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, publish, or redistribute without written permission.

5) User Content and Feedback

If you submit content, questions, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display it to operate and improve the services. You retain your rights in your own content.

6) Non-Affiliation Notice

Whatever Time Finds and the Media Buying Masterclass are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform or parent company. References are for instructional context only.

Third-Party Services

We use WordPress, Stripe, and FluentCRM, among others. Each has its own privacy practices. We do not sell or rent your data.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

15) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where preempted by federal law.
