Whatever Time Finds, LLC

Systems and operations consultancy serving organizations from Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Whatever Time Finds, LLC is a systems and operations consultancy based in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

We work with organizations doing meaningful work that’s being slowed down by systems that no longer fit. Manual processes, fragile data, unclear reporting, and disconnected tools quietly create friction long before anyone realizes what’s broken.

Our role is to step in, make sense of that complexity, and design systems that support the work instead of getting in the way.

Clarity before complexity.

Every engagement is built around a disciplined process that connects strategy, execution, and measurable improvement.

Suzannah Jones, systems strategist and operations architect

Leadership

Suzannah Jones

Systems Strategist · Operations Architect

suzannah@whatevertimefinds.com

Suzannah is a systems thinker with deep, hands-on experience inside nonprofit operations, compliance-heavy environments, and internal service organizations.

Her work lives where process, people, and technology intersect, especially in environments where clarity matters and margins are thin.

She designs the infrastructure behind the scenes, including automation, internal tools, reporting, dashboards, and workflows that replace manual effort with clarity.

This often includes Power Apps, databases, automation flows, and reporting systems, but tools are never the starting point.

Suzannah begins by tracing how work actually happens: where information originates, how it moves, where it breaks down, and where people quietly compensate for weak systems.

From there, she designs solutions that fit real constraints, including staffing, funding, compliance, and human capacity.

Known for her directness and precision, Suzannah names what’s broken, what’s fixable, and what is not worth touching, so teams can focus effort where it actually matters.

Strategic focus

Turning operational complexity into practical systems that improve visibility, execution, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Dylan Jones, contracts manager and financial operations lead

Leadership

Dylan Jones

Contracts Manager · Financial Operations

dylan@whatevertimefinds.com

Dylan brings extensive experience across operations, sales leadership, account management, and client-facing execution in a wide range of industries.

He understands how decisions are made under pressure and what actually gets implemented once the meeting ends.

His strength is translation. Dylan helps keep strategy, scope, expectations, and execution aligned so projects remain grounded in budget, capacity, timelines, and people.

That perspective helps prevent systems from collapsing under idealized assumptions or plans that do not reflect operational reality.

At Whatever Time Finds, Dylan manages contracts, financial coordination, client alignment, and the practical details that keep engagements moving forward.

His role is to make sure commitments are clear, financial responsibilities are tracked, and the systems we design are understood, adopted, and sustainable after delivery.

Operational focus

Keeping contracts, money, expectations, timelines, and client communication aligned so strategy can move into execution without avoidable breakdowns.

We intentionally begin our work with paid review sessions.

Not pitches. Not discovery calls.

This gives us the space to understand context, constraints, and real-world complexity before recommending automation, reporting, or system changes.

It keeps the work grounded, scoped, and worth doing.

When systems feel harder than they should, it’s rarely a people problem.

It’s usually a systems problem — and the right approach makes that visible quickly.
